I just switched to Verizon with the same phone number and I'm getting most text and calls, but some people are saying they are calling and texting me and it's not showing up on my phone that they are. How do I fix this problem?
If you recently, within the last day, switched and ported your number to Verizon, that could be the reason.
So how do we fix this
If you ported your number and it's not working properly I would call Verizon's porting department. I believe this is the number:
