Old messages

I Have on iPhone 6. I am needing to get all messages received and sent back to a certain number for legal reasons. How can I get those? I would need the content in the messages as well.

If you backed up your text messages to a cloud service you would have access to them and their content. If you did not, you can view your usage on your Verizon bill for up to 90 days, but that will not show content.
