I’ve been trying to do a device swap online and every time I get the message-unable to find device. Whenever I call it gets dropped after being on hold.
The iPhones I’m trying to switch are a iPhone 11 Pro Max and a iPhone 13 pro. In the past I’ve been able to switch SIM cards but I’m not sure if the SIM cards are compatible.
If anyone else has had the same issue how did you finally switch devices. I’d appreciate any help.
