Order still processing after 2 WEEKS when I paid for NEXT DAY SHIPPING

I ordered a pair of airpods on December 18th with next day shipping as they were meant to be a gift for someone for Christmas.  Now after 2 full weeks the order is still left "processing" with no update what so ever.  Can I ever expect for them to be shipped or should I try to get a refund on them?
