I can absolutely understand the importance of getting your emails going on your phone. With this error that you are getting, I see the concern that you would have. Let’s check to see what’s going on and make sure it’s fixed. What’s the model of your phone? Also there are settings for every email address. To find your email providers “Outgoing mail server (SMTP) password” you may need to contact the provider or check their site. In addition, before going through all of that trouble, you may try to remove and then re-add the email account to the phone (http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-64805/ ) to see if that works for you instead.
