Packet loss when using cellular data

Ever since last weekend here in Bridgewater,NJ I have noticed a large amount of packet loss when using cellular data. Ive been using your service for the last 2 years and travel the same way to and from work every day. I listen to twitch on my way in every morning. I know the areas were there are dead zones which i understand, but since last weekend its been cutting in and out. I went further and noticed the browser load times eventually time out when their is noticeable packet loss. So i know its not the app causing it. Ive tested this on my wife's phone who has an Iphone 7 and she experiences the same issue. Ive reloaded the newest iOS on my phone to confirm the ongoing issue. See screenshot below. This happens everywhere not only in my area, but from my job.

Something has definitely changed since my wife and i are having the same type of cellular data interruption.

the speed I get when I’m here at home non wireless is 32 mbps down and 3.5 mbps up. The speed isn’t the issue it’s the intermittent connectivity issues. The cellular data works when it wants too hence the screenshot above. Load websites half time take forever or they just timeout.

Thank you for providing this information! Upon review of those areas, I am not showing any recent issues reported there. Is it the entirety of your data service to which you are experiencing these packet loss issues or is it only through specific applications such as the web browser?
