I am entering my wifi password straight from my jet pack& it keeps saying incorrect password. I've tried resetting network & it still does it. Can't connect to Internet.

Do they use any 0's that you're maybe mixing up with O?

That is so strange. I can only think to try the basic things you've already tried.
The account is all paid up? Have you tried removing the sim? Contacting tech department?
