FedEx isn't holding anyone accountable and they told me to wait until the 3rd to contact Verizon and today is the 2nd. Even told me that my case would be resolved by then and if I didn't get my package by the 3rd, I would have to wait 7 business days trying to get simply a refund back. They told me it got dropped off at 3:54p when I was standing outside waiting for him at 4:02p and he didn't even wait, he just drove off while HE ACTUALLY GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE'S PACKAGE. No one from Verizon wants to help me simply get a new phone because I'm a prepaid account but still. No one wants to truly help me look so I'm out $800.
