My daughters phone keeps freezing and will not let her do a hard reset on it
What model phone is she using?
Is her phone low on free space or completely out? The phone should have at least 1GB free space kept on all times, to allow room for the phone and apps to actually function properly.
Does she have a TON of social media apps installed, and is Background Refresh enabled for them? Should consider disabling Background Refresh or totally uninstalling some of the social media apps if they are to blame. Using a web browser for some of these services may work just as well.
What version of iOS is installed to the device? iOS 9.1 was released a few days ago and should be installed to the phone.
bamagirl2416, as a mother, I totally understand the importance of your daughter having a working phone. Which make/model phone does she have? When did this issue start?
