I have an iPhone 4S and this phone and account is active. I've in Costa Rica though and would like to get my phone UNlocked. A Verizon rep told me in the US before I left, that a 4S was already UNlocked. I call Verizon Customer Service for US at 800 922 0204 using Skype to ask someone to help me UNlock my phone as soon as possible but the message says to call from my cell phone or try to resolve this online. That said, can anyone please offer any advice or additional numbers to call using Skype (my cell not working/unlocked) to help me unlock my iPhone 4s right away? Thank you very much for your help.
The phone is unlocked for all US carriers, not worldwide.
I believe you needed to add international service to your phone and update your roaming to include that international access BEFORE you left the US. Try calling international support @ 908-5594899
