I spent 2 hours trying to activate a new number on Verizon.  After my order was entered and my credit card charged, I could not activate the phone.  I spent 2 hours on the phone talking to over 8 agents, and then the last agent hung up.  Although ATT cell service terrible, it beats Verizon customer service.  Stay away from Verizon.  They don't care about you as a customer

davidcabello, this is not the experience we wish for you as part of the Verizon family. We never want activation to be difficult and want to ensure that your service is now active on your device. Was the device activated on your line?
