Poor connection

I have complained several times moved from ATT to Verizon. Bad decision , Verizon tells me that I'm lying! At home I have 2 bars tell me that I'm surrounded my towers. I have an Iphone6 Plus? I went to Apple they replaced phone but still doing the same thing? I wish I would have stayed with ATT. Verizon can't handle the iPhone's if you have a flip you should be go to go. My service is terrible!! I will move back to ATT as soon as my contract expires, so I'm stuck for 19 months!

We don't want you to ever regret joining our family Graychet. I knows its frustrating to have service issues but we are always here to help with a resolution. What is your zip code? Have we processed a trouble-ticket to have our technicians investigate the area? This would be the last step in trying to fix your service issues.
