Beyond frustrated! Have had poor reception at my home for years. Every 6 months I go and ask my licensed Verizon store what's going on. One year I was told that "Verizon is working on the problem," the next it was,"Verizon is adding more towers." Last week I was told I'm "under the umbrella effect(which I was told I was living too close to a tower.)" If I were to walk up the street I can see TWO cell towers both of which are over a mile away. At home I'm always in extended or 3G network, if I walk the 1000 feet I may pickup 4G. I was under the impression that Verizon had the BEST service in the area. I'm confused on why I should have to spend $200+ for better service (cell phone boosters)since I'm already paying for service that is supposed to be the best in the area!
Why have you stayed for years if your signal is terrible? Ask around and see if another service has decent coverage. If you continue to pay for unreliable service and signal, you are the only one to blame for that.
