Not sure what is going on, but I switched to Verizon from Sprint about 5 days ago and now my calls keep dropping out, people can barely hear me. I live in Pottstown, PA, never had these issues with Sprint...2 bars service Max if im lucky, most of the time its only 1. Any ideas what is going on?
oh and also, its an iPhone 6...I love the phone other than this and the service I got at the Verizon store was top notch...however call signal and clarity is critical especially when I am expecting phone interviews. Not sure why people can't hear me now, like I said my calls were crystal clear w/Sprint service. Any ideas??
On thing to check would be to see if you have HD Voice toggle on or off. The challenge with having it off is then you will not have voice/data at the same time. BUT... if your having challenges with it turned on it is worth trying wtih it turned off in my opinion.

Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Enable LTE > Data Only HD Voice will turn off. Voice and Data has HD voice enabled including voice/data at the same time. I'd try it both ways to see which works better.

You mention dropping calls in Pottstown. Do you notice any trend when the call drops? Perhaps does it drop when you are in the same location?
