We never like to hear you are having issues with your new device. Let's work on improving your signal. Does the phone have the most current software? What zip code are you in? Does this happen in one location or multiple?

We want to be sure your phone is working the way it should jostes25. Let's continue working towards a resolution. If it is happening in multiple locations, we definitely need to check the device itself. Do you have a case or cover on your phone? Are you using the same SIM card from a previous phone or are you using the new SIM card that came with your new device? Have you tried powering the phone completely off and them removing/inserting the SIM card?
