Prblms with apps after activating new phone

I completed an iCloud backup before I switched to my new device but once I completed the iCloud restore on the new device I could not see all of my apps.

We want you to be able to enjoy your applications on your new device. What version iPhone is your new device? To clarify, are you stating the applications never downloaded on your new device? If you go to the App Store>Updates>Purchased, does it show all your applications that you had installed on the previous device?
