Somehow with out me touching anything my apple store and iTunes Store apps keep getting shut off I can not get to these sights and when I go to App Store only thing that shows up is updates and how can I get rid of CarPlay I do not want
Have you tried resetting your phone (hold power button and lock button at the same time until phone reboots)? As far as CarPlay, you can't get rid of it but it doesn't affect anything if you don't have a CarPlay radio in your car.
