I am trying to upgrade 3 of my devices to the new iPhone 13 with Verizon’s iPhone 13 trade-in promotion. I’ve went through 2 reps that can’t resolve this issue. All my devices are paid off and have never upgraded before. Figured since this promotion is a great one I wanted to take advantage of this. Unfortunately I can’t! The problem is when I finally add all the devices to cart with all their trade-in devices attached to the new phones I want, I only see 1 out of 3 devices actually with the promotion added. The other 2 devices show full retail price! What the heck! Let’s get your website fixed! I’m sure a lot of folks with family plans are having the same issue. Help!
