Verizon has a promotion wherein if you buy an iPhone, they will sell you an iPad Mini 2 for $100. BUT if you try to buy the iPad Mini outright, they charge you an extra $50 because you didn't put it on a payment plan. If you put it on a payment plan, it would have been $24 per month for 24 months! That's over $400!!! So how the HELL are they claiming you get an iPad Mini for $100??? What a racket! You are a bunch of crooks!!!!
Sounds like the iPad mini 2 is being purchased on contract if the price is $100.

Please allow us to offer some clarity as we definitely don't want you to have an ill opinion surrounding this great offer. The offer provides the option to take up to $300 off the cost of an iPad activated with a 2 yr contract when you purchase of a new iPhone on device payments. Because you're purchasing the iPad with a 2 yr contract, you're receiving a discount off the full retail price and in addition to that, when you purchase the new iPhone on device payments, you're provided an additional $50 discount. We hope this helps.
