I am trying to figure this out myself. this is my business line as I am a contractor working in the field most of the time. I get voicemails weeks after they are sent??? This makes me look bad to my clients.
Anyone have an answer? The helpers at our local Verizon store can not seem to sort out what the problem is. I have 3 lines on this account 1 for myself and 2 for field supervisors... they complain of the same issue.
