If you're on here trying to get resolution for your rebates - just stop and cancel your service. I've spent HOURS dealing with customer service AND the rebate center about the the $2000 in rebates we're owed. What Verizon is not telling you is that the rebate services are a third party contractor so Verizon itself has no control over the process. One of Verizon's own customer service reps told me this information after also telling me that rebates are consistently customers' biggest complaint. After only 5 months with Verizon we're canceling our service. I will never recommend Verizon. It's genuinely the worst company I've ever encountered. Good riddance Verizon!
