Recently purchased a refurbished iphone 5s - 10 days later it will crash when using different apps or even texting, going to blue screen, then restart. Suggestions?

iphone 5s refurbished is crashing/blue screen multiple times throughout the day.  Should I restart the phone back to factory? Try to send it back being that it is refurbished?

Congrats on your new purchase! We want your device to be crash free. Where did you purchase the device from? Do you receive an error message before the crash or restart? Restoring the device  back to factory settings would attempt to repair any issues that the device maybe experiencing.
