Recovering a file

I accidently deleted a audio file from my iphone.  Is there some way to recover it?  Thank you

Typically, once something is deleted from a phone, there is no way to get it back. However, if you backed up your phone with Apple's iTunes or iCloud, you may be able to get that file back by restoring your phone from your backup with them.
