Registered iPad for cellular service, can't register to pay bill.

I registered my iPad 3 for Cellular service through my iPad a couple weeks ago. Somewhere in the process Verizon was led to believe that my language preference for Spanish because now I get nonstop calls in Spanish presumably about my bill. I assumed that I would be paying for the service through Apple, but this is apparently not the case. How can I change my language preference to the English, and register online to pay my bill?  As far as I can tell, the registration process requires the 10 digit phone number, which my iPad does not have.

Hello pvincent808! If your iPad is registered with Verizon Wireless, then you can find the mobile number by going to Contacts > My Number: will be at the top. Once you have the number, then you can register for your My Verizon. http://spr.ly/6584C8gM Thanks!
