I recently sold a Verizon phone to a person that wanted to switch providers. I sold the phone to her with the understanding that it was a Verizon phone. I'm not sure how to release the phone? And I haven't been able to get any info on what she would like me to do?
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Did you activate another phone on the line you had the phone on?
