I've been online searching removal of the VZW Software Upgrade Assistant for Samsung on my MacBook Air and I can find no answer to get that pesky software out of my computer. It is not in Applications, so where does it reside and how do I remove it? I've read dozens of threads, but there is no answer to find where that software resides in my Mac. There are answers from Verizon with addresses to the supposed solution, but it doesn't exist. Having the annoying software come up every time we boot the computer is not the end of the world, but the company that placed it on my computer should be able to tell me how to remove it. Please give me specific step by step instructions on how to do this. Again, I've looked at every conversation and not one of them provides the answer that works.
