My phone is damaged bad. I have insurance on it but I've read online to file a claim. I honestly do not have time to wait to get a new one in. Can I get a replacement in store?
No, the claim must be filed with the insurer, Asurion or Apple, whichever one you went with. Usually, a replacement is sent either overnight or 2 day Express. Stores will not handle insurance claims other than to help you file one but you can do so here:
