Why are some calls not coming through to me when they always have in past? Even my gated community won't call to my iPhone I'm told goes straight to voicemail , doesn't ring

Retiredcarrier7 that is not how it should be! How long has it been like this? Being within a gated community there often it not an actual tower within the community itself. Has there been any changes to the phone (new software or apps) or the actual area that you are aware of?

No, nothing new. People have to input my code, then it automatically dials my cell # then I answer, hit "9" to let them in. But it's not working. Talked w other people in community, they have no probs. not just my gate, few people call me, goes straight to voicemail, . Never happened before abt month ago. I've done nothing, with phone

Retiredcarrier7 I am sorry that the gated calls are not going through. It seems like this is effecting your other calls too! What model of iPhone do you have? When is the last time you backed-up the phone & updated through iTunes?
