I ordered online an IPhone 13 via the Verizon website. I got my new phone delivered with the prepaid UPS Label to send my trade-in phone ($550 trade-in value) according to the purchase agreement. I sent the old phone, and the UPS tracking log shows that the phone arrived at the UPS facility 12 days ago.
I called UPS and nobody knows where the package with that tracking number is.
Should Verizon contact directly UPS since Verizon is the package label owner.?
In the meantime, since Verizon had not received the phone, then no credit yet to my account. 😞
Anyone having similar issues returning their phones to the Verizon Return Processing Center in Fort Worth TX or Missing the package at the UPS facility in Fort Worth?
