Greetings, I have been a Veriazon Wirelss customer for 20 plus years and have always received good customer service until recently.
I bought an I Pad Mini in a store in San Francisco, when I arrived home to Vermont I decided to return the device amd contacted VZW within 14 days to get a return label.
I have since then spent at least 6-7 hours on hold, I have spoken to 4 opertators who have insured me they will take care of this issue and all have sent me to hold land, this is really awfull when I dont have time for this ! I pay my bills on time with an average montly bill of $400.00! I feel this is a disgusting way to treat a proven custimer and have yet to be able to contact a more senior manager at VZW.
Ready to move my VZW account to another provider.
