I made a new thread and finally got someone to look into it, it appears they are going to file a network ticket to get someone to look into it.

I admit I was shocked to see Verizon having slow speeds since they always say they have the best. If this is the best u got then it's a joke 3G is about the same. All the money you all get seems another tower upgrade needs to be done cause it's crap service.
