Ring back Tone Issues

I have purcphased  two ringback tones but ever since I switched to IPhone 7 I can not get either one that I've purchased to work.  I have one set as the default, have a friend call me and they hear the Verizon default one. I'll go and switch it to the other one and try it again and still plays the Verizon default one.  I have been told that I have to go in and assign each contact a ringback tone and I've never had to do that in the past.

KTEAST, I have ringback tones for my favorite people. Let's figure out why yours aren't working. Where did you buy the ringback tones from?

If you are using Verizon Tones follow the steps below:

iPhone

1.Open the web browser (e.g., Safari®) on your iPhone.

2.Tap the Search/URL field.

3.Enter vzw.com/rbt.

4.Tap Go.

5.To add the website to your Home screen for easy access, tap the Share icon to the left of the Search/URL field.

6.Tap Add to Home Screen.

7.Tap Add.
