i went into the store last Friday to upgrade From an IPhone 6s to an IPhone 7plus and I just realized the sales lady never gave me any $ credit for my phone I traded in . What do y'all suggest I do? Contact her manager or contact My Verizon? Take my phone back pay the restocking fe and switch to AT & T which is what I was going to do anyways. Now I really want to do it because I always feel like VERIZON is always taking advantage of me as well as overcharging me.

Well here is the deal. Did you actually OWN the phone? With the iPhone you can participate in the annual upgrade program. This means that once you have had the phone for at least 30 days and you pay off 50% of the balance, you can return the phone and get a new iPhone. This DOES NOT get any trade in credit. If you had previously paid or the phone in full either by purchasing it outright or paying off the balance on a Device Payment Plan then you might get some small credit for a trade in.

I had paid more than half of the phone and was eligible for an upgrade because of the program I was on. I had a $300.00 and some odd credit but did not realize till I yesterday I didn't receive any of the credit. I honestly have been extremely busy with graduations and end of the school year that I didn't look at the receipt closely until yesterday. I am still in my 14 days where I can return the phone which I may do that since I got the iPhone 7 plus and an additional phone for business which was a LG smartphone no big deal phone just needed it for business. I have AT &T home internet and Direct TV they are constantly sending me offers for a 7 plus and a free iPhone 7 so I may just leave Verizon? I have 5 phones with Verizon and pay over $325.00 a month. I think I made a HUGE MISTAKE so I may have to go back up to the Verizon store tomorrow. Ugh!!!

I did not realize you were a Verizon employee sir. I just now looked at your profile. I have a question I hope you can help me with. If I take the phones back, Do I get my old phone back? I do know I will have to pay a restocking fee. If I don't get my old phone back, is it ok for me to just pay off the 2 phones that I still owe on and just leave Verizon since I do not have any phone contracts anymore? Or is there any way I can just pay a fee and return those 2 phones that still have a balance? I await your respons. Thank you.

I am still confused. If you had a device payment plan on the iPhone 6S and you paid at least half of it (or more) you are ONLY eligible to trade the phone is and get a new iPhone. You are NOT eligible for ANY type of trade in credit since you do not own the phone.
I do not work for Verizon in any fashion but I can tell you that the chances of reversing this and getting the old phone back are slim. Usually, once you return the phone then you are not able to get it back.
