Screen is black and we can't see anything. The iPhone 5c still vibrates when I receive texts but I cannot read them or reply. What is wrong and how do I fix it? Go to Verizon? Or the Apple Store?
IT sounds like accessabilty is on. Try triple clicking on the home button.
IF that fails, you may have to factory reset and restore from a previous backup
Mommyof6, great suggestions by Mama23dogs. We know that you need to see that screen to use your phone. Have you had any success with these steps? Do you recall any new software, games or apps added recently?
