I have an IPhone 6s and my bill is paid and up to date and for some reason my service is not working. Sometimes it will kick on and work for a while but then it goes back to having no service. I've been having this problem since I paid the bill. It just says "searching..." In the top left hand corner. Every once in a while it will start working but currently I can not text or make phone calls or anything at all, the only thing I can do is use wifi to use iMessage and Internet.

Turn off the phone, take out the SIM card by opening little tray on left side with straightened small paper clip. Rub contacts with microfiber cloth, replace and try again.
We want your service working at its best Corina123. Let’s keep at this. What zip code are you in? Is the software and all the apps up to date on your phone? Were you able to try restarting your phone or removing the SIM card?
