Hi all, I have the pink 32gb iPhone 5c I am on the easy edge plan, and got it in April of 2014.  Loved it when I first got it, it still does decent, however it's very slow at times, I chalk it up to wifi at home, but mostly 90% of the time I have 2-3 signal circles lit.  Even if I turn my wifi off on the phone the LTE comes on but no more signal.  What's the problem? The new iOS8?  I have disabled things reset things stopped programs from running it just isn't helping.  I can upgrade again early on the edges an and if this doesn't improve with the iPhone I'll look to a different phone.....

I understand how frustrating this can be, we want to do everything we can to make sure your phone runs smoothly again. Let's get more information. Go to Settings>General>About>What's the software version?. In the same section, scroll to "Capacity" What's available? Do you habe problems with calls or text messages? Is the lag with a specific app or function?
