We want you to be able to keep your memories close. I would like to try some troubleshooting with you to see if we can get those picture to display on your device. Once the device has fully downloaded all the information from Verizon Cloud or iCloud, please attempt to power your device off and on. From there, please let us know if the images become viewable on the device.

How can I change my account to manager account so I can upgrade my phone. The account is under my bros name
I turned my phone off then back on but the same problem persists.

I will be switching back to my old carrier... Was told this HTC was a good durable phone but I have had nothing but problems with it.. and now can't switch phones or upgrade this crappy phone I think I'll just switch carriers and scrap this phone. Thanks Verizon for the head ache
