Whenever I'm engaged in a conversation, the audio sounds distant making it hard to comprehend any words coming from the conversation. This iPhone was issued by assurion for a replacement
It's important that you can understand your phone calls, lastsoldierrv. Are you aware if the caller you are speaking with has any issues hearing you? Do you experience any issues when on speaker phone? Has this issue existed since receiving the insurance replacement?
