I recently purchased and received a Space Grey I phone 8 plus 64g . The phone was stolen before it was activated.
I purchased Asurion coverage with the new phone. After 2 hours off and on the phone trying to get resolution I still do not have one.
Asuroin will not replace the phone or file a claim because the phone was never activated on the account. Verizon will not do anything because they say it is an Asurion issue.
I do not know what to do at this point. I guess I am stuck paying installments on a stolen phone that will never be activated on my account.
