Strange numbers via text

Going thru our bill for last month and see SEVERAL numbers like this, 

482-033-0000, 624-005-0000, 918-085-0000

And several more with all zeros at the end, also, a daily text pic message from short code 48233, and I can’t find any information……

any one help me?…

Thank you for reaching out. Let's review. Are all of these phone numbers showing up as incoming phone calls or text messages? Are you able to match the content from your recent text or call logs directly from your device?
