I'm switching from an iPhone 4 to a 6s. I've never switched iPhone to iPhone before. If I back up on iCloud do I need to backup on iTunes also?
Congratulations on your new phone! Now we just need to back up and transfer your information. Looking at the phone models it would be best to do both. Just so you have a secondary backup for an emergency purpose. Sometimes you may have issues that require you to recover information from iTunes.
