Why can't I open the screen to text? I tap on the square box, but nothing happens. This is a IPhone6. Thanks
I want you to be able to text a message Busted1952. How long have you been having this issue? Have you tried turning off and on your phone? Walk me through the steps you take when you try to send a message.
