I purchased 2 iPhone 13s each with $800 trade-in promo. Trade-in IMEI was validated to receive $800 promo via chat sales agent.
I sent trade-in devices in VIA pre-paid UPS labels sent to me by VZW.
Both packages show delivered by UPS over 10 days ago, but only 1 shows received by VZW.
1 that is received is exact IMEI however the color and memory are different. I was assured that this would not be a problem as long at the IMEI matched, but now it only show $10 final value instead of $800 promo value that was promised.
2nd package that was delivered by UPS to VZW returns centers has never been entered into the systems as received so that IMEI does not show received.
I tried to chat with rep the ask me to call Trade-In specialist 800-416-8894. Never able to get a live person on this number all automated or sent to regular customer support/service. Seems like just getting the run around so VZW don't have to provide the trade-in credits that were promised.
I am out $1600. VZW's trade-in process is ridiculous. This needs to get fixed ASAP.

This matter has not been resolved, VZW is not charging me more.
