I had a number ported from AT&T GO phone to Verizon, the calls, texts messages from Verizon phones, and iMessages are coming through, but all text messages from other carriers are not. Please help...
I would suggest calling the port center from another phone and ask them to check on the status of the port process. They might need to reset the text message feature from their end to order to fix it. The number is 1.888.844.7095.
