LBiphone6, This is great information. It sounds as though you have backed up your phone information using iCloud, indeed. The backup was done at the Verizon store where I purchased the phone. In my photos section there are empty spaces where the photos previously were and it tries to load but nothing comes up.
Congratulations on your new phone, LBiphone6. Do you recall if you saved the pictures to iCloud or iTunes? If this was not done, there won't be a way to sync the pictures back onto the brand new phone. http://vz.to/1xMW7xC or http://bit.ly/SbMPLW is the best way to do this going forward.

Hello - I aooligize I don't know much about the cloud or how pics are saved. All I know is I took a pic and it was immediately avail on my phone in my photos. When I swapped the phone all my info contacts, photos, etc were supposed to be transferred to my new phone but only my contacts came across. It appears the spaces are there where they previously were but say loading when I click on.
