I am assuming this is scam?

Most likely; have you recently downloaded a new app, game, or something?  Uninstall that and see if the "trojan" warning goes away.

Puddecat, interesting post! Where the internet has become a part of our everyday lives. It would be fantastic if Verizon & Apple would create a browser that doesn't "hijack" your internet browsing.

They, Verizon & Apple do not create the websites or code built into certain websites that take over iPhones. But they are major players in how things should be done.

It would be nice if they'd create a browser, for there loyal customers, that hijacking of websites is not allowed. I'd be willing to pay a extra charge on my bill for this. How great would that be!

That is a concern to hear, Puddecat. We always want your information to be safe. When did this first start? Were any applications installed right before this started?

The night that i posted in the forum... no new installed apps like first responder suggested. It wanted me to go to app store and get an app for "protection"- didn't trust or do that....
