Just to clarify, did you recently upgrade from an Apple-based smartphone or wireless device to a Windows-based wireless device or is this regarding a residential service account with Verizon FiOS/DSL and Verizon email? If it's for a change in wireless devices, can you tell me a bit more about the model phone you're trying to sync to as well as the application you're trying to use? Are you able to log into your My Verizon account through a computer at www.vzw.com/signin to manage your cellular account or https://myverizonid.verizon.com/amserver/UI/Login to manage your residential account?
