I just wasted 2 hours of my life with you [Removed]- you blamed apple for an hour and then transferred to them who then blamed you for an hour and then we had a 30 minute call not resolving anything. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUTN NOW

inappropriate content removed as required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service​

What is the actual issue??

Or if you're really just trying to cancel your account, you can call *611  or 1-800-922-0204 and request that cancellation...
