Ridiculous. Search the forum to see how common this is.
I bought a new iPhone and shipped my trade-in back to Verizon using Verizon’s packaging and UPS shipping label. The phone never made it back to Verizon. According to the tracking number, the package was damaged and the shipper (Verizon in this case - it’s their label) has been notified. I’ve called UPS multiple times asking for more info and because I’m not the shipper they won’t tell me anything.
Now, Verizon is charging me because they didn’t receive the phone. This should be between them and UPS. This is a broken process.

Can you please re-send your private note? It refers to a link at the end of the note, but the message ends in "..." and there's no link. Thank you. @vzw_customer_support
