Third month she has gone 2g over the plan. I can't figure out why..mobile data is off and she is home 95% of the time and on wifi. Can anyone help?
How are you turning mobile data off? My guess is she is turning it on. The phone can tell you which apps are using cellular data.
I can certainly understand your concern. I experienced exactly the same issue with my daughter. I recently learned that Facetime can use data even while on Wi-Fi, about 15MB every five minutes. My recommendation is to enroll in FamilyBase, which allows you to limit the amount of data she can use each month. You can sign up right on our website. http://vz.to/1MQt2LB
